ADA Compliance

In 2012, the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) mandates that ATMs are accessible to disabled citizens.

• All ATMs must comply with ADA guidelines by March 15, 2012
• Older ATM models will require an upgrade to meet the new standard
